Sam has been fundamental in our local Ypsilanti (and surroundings) home search. We told him what we wanted and he did not lose sight of our wishes. Bottom line, he got us into our awesome new house within 4 weeks, which is really fast, especially in this local area where demand is rapidly climbing.  I would recommend Sam to everyone shopping locally, since he has proven to be very knowledgeable and seasoned in this area and his profession. My wife and I are new homeowners - super new, as in: we bought our house this weekend. How good! So this review is from the perspective of someone who had never previously undergone the totally bonkers process of buying a house, and who has just this weekend walked into their house for the first  time. Dan is unbelievable. I'd think he was made up if I hadn't met him personally. Kind, funny, warm, and welcoming. He is competent and extremely knowledgeable without a touch of condescension, professional but inviting and always open to questions. And you can rest assured, we asked him about a billion questions. Usually late at night via email when we were entering Panic Mode. Any time, every time, Dan was quick to respond, always diligent to provide an answer or get in contact with someone who could provide the answer. We had Dan recommended to us by some friends who were just closing on a house. They had fielded through several agents without satisfaction before finding Dan. We decided to shoot him and email and get in touch. Immediately, he asked us for details about the things we wanted in a house and about our lifestyle so that he could set up search parameters for us in the MLS. He was going out of town for a long weekend and nonetheless actively responded to us, even contacted a colleague to show us houses while he was away. When he got back to town, he let us know he was ready to schedule more tours and got to work doing just that. Later the same week, we walked into the house that we loved and would later buy. The house already had an offer on it at asking price, so Dan came up with an offer strategy that would get us the house if we wanted. And we wanted. Dan got to work, gave us our own homework assignment to do, and that night we had an offer submitted. The next day, he notified us that the seller had accepted our offer! Every single step of the process, Dan kept in communication and always updated us as to the state of things. When unexpected concerns or questions came up along the way, we felt comfortable going to Dan and he always provided solutions or the assurance and information we needed. He was our advocate and I am extremely grateful for his expertise in all of this. I have no intention of ever using another agent. More to the point: Did I mention how funny he is? Hilarious. Great sock collection, too. We closed on our house this weekend, and even that process was explained to us in detail so that we didn't feel overwhelmed, out of sorts, or even all that concerned. Everything about our home searching and subsequent buying went more smoothly than I could have imagined. "Dan is the man!" as my father always said (he didn't, but he would have!). Ten stars. Highly recommended. Would be friends with and will definitely use for any future real estate endeavors.

Chris was awesome! He was able to work around our crazy schedule, was very knowledgeable and helpful, and quick to respond. We had a pretty strict budget but wanted quite a few particular things in a home, and he was able to work with all of it. I will definitely be recommending him to any friends  looking to buy a home.

Dan was amazing to work with. He was easy to reach, answered our questions, and was a genuine person. He set very realistic expectations. I love that he used a photographer who knew how to catch the best angles of our home. Our house sold in just over a week! Dan also helped us find our new home  and made sure we were comfortable with everything along the way. We actually know several realtors in our family/network of friends and opted to work with Dan based on his reviews, and I can say we are 100% happy we chose to do this. We will absolutely use him for any future real estate needs.

Thanks to Dan, we sold our condo for asking price within days of putting it on the market, without ever touching foot in the state of Michigan. As out-of-state sellers, we relied on Dan to handle the entire process from preparing the property for sale, taking pictures, listing the property, selling  the property, negotiating the agreement, and the closing. I would definitely recommend Samuel to anyone I knew. He was there for us anytime we called him, text him or even emailed him. It's nice when someone makes you feel like they have all the time in the world for you and me and my husband appreciated that from him. He was always ready with an answer  or solution to any problem that we came across. The day before closing our loan people asked us to do something that there was no way there was time enough to do I became very frustrated but call Samuel he told me he would call me back. Chris was very a good fit for me. I needed someone who was knowledgeable, flexible with times- mostly weekends, patient, had a sense of humor and didn't mind taking me to see a "bunch" of homes. I would recommend Chris for helping with the sale of your home or helping you search for your new home!
